Street Golgappa is better than all of these any day. All they need to do is maintain some hygiene and cleanliness on their stalls and I know many street vendors who maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness.

I went to Jaipur last week n had amazing gol gappe on a stall in front of Jal Mahal. He had 4 different flavors of the water and told the name of every flavour while serving. Quite a unique stall and experience.. Forgot to click a picture of his stall man.. Regret it.. Looks like will have to revisit for the gol gappe😂

You can find these types of stalls everywhere in Jaipur. Their flavours are Cumin, Garlic, Mint, Hajma hajam and Regular one. Till now I was thinking that such stalls are all over North India.
