Congress is undesirable and out of context for the existence and issues of Uttrakhand. In case looking as opposition of BJP either fight as nirdaliya, as ukd and support for cause of Uttrakhand, support anti encroachment and illegal migration, support, Jamrani Dam because water is going to big problem. Congress can not give solution as it's has created a big mess over the years for illegal vote bank, greed and cast base division. Instead of creating Jamrani dam, it went ahead to let legalise the encroachment over Jamrani dmauwa area at the cost of the much required devlopment. Instead of expansion of Haldwani Bus Adda and railway access, their voters have encroached land of railways.
