Feels like the end of the world But it's only the beginning of it all Forget the things that you've heard I've been a survivor since I began to crawl Fallen down but I'm not out, The devil’s at my door I don't give in, I don't give up I won't ever let it break me I'm on fire, I'm a fighter I'll forever be the last one standing Black vultures circling the sky Pick at the pieces Scavengers wait for me to die But I'm not defeated I’m on the edge of the war I'm holding on, and hanging by a thread I am the eye of the storm And you haven't seen the last of me just yet I’ve fallen down but I'm not out I'm coming back for more I don't give in, I don't give up I won't ever let it break me I'm on fire, I'm a fighter I'll forever be the last one standing Black vultures circling the sky Pick at the pieces Scavengers wait for me to die But I'm not defeated Yea, I'm still alive I am still alive I don't give in, I don't give up I won't ever let it break me I'm on fire, I'm a fighter I'll forever be the last one Black vultures circling the sky Pick at the pieces Scavengers wait for me to die But I'm not defeated Black vultures circling the sky You all can wait for me to die Black vultures circling the sky

Christian Culver no cause the last one was sell out drivel. They have clearly learned their lesson because the new songs are awesome and in much better direction.
@snakeeyes92466 жыл бұрын
Christian Culver songs like "Love Bites (So Do I)" and "I Miss The Misery" were better than this, but this is still great. Lzzy Hale definitely knows how to rock, unlike most other women artists.

I liked their self titled. I liked The Strange Case Of even more, I still liked Into the Wildlife, but it was my least favourite, and I think this one might be taking The Strange Case Of’s spot as the top spot.

@loganocchionero66216 жыл бұрын
Just A Hologram Well every artist sounds different from their VERY first album before their record label. I’m sure if you went to see the first songs Metallica wrote, it would be unrecognizable. One of my favourite bands, Black Veil Brides, had a song called Sex and Hollywood. If you compare that to their newest single, Wake Up, it’s barely Black Veil Brides.
@justahologram22306 жыл бұрын
Logan Occhionero well Metallica did alot of Diamond Head and Motor Head covers before Kill 'Em All, they even released an album of the covers they did starting out Garage Inc.

I preferred the old Halestorm songs until this one came out. Great tune and amazing vocals by Lzzy!
@markgeorge82436 жыл бұрын
Agreed. Like the mean vibe on this. My only thought would have been to put a small solo after the late spoken part. I mean they have an arsenal of Gibson fire power. But this is better than the last couple of songs.
@loganocchionero66216 жыл бұрын
Jotun Studio I didn’t find Uncomfortable THAT overwhelmingly amazing. I thought it was a little bit underproduced and I was afraid that the entire album was gonna be like that, but thankfully this song came to throw that idea out the window.

Mark, yeah, they could have used some leads on it, but the overall feeling is better than I expected, tbh

Logan, I totally agree with you. I mostlly was talking about how I loved their first record but every album they put out was a bit of a let down for me, so listening to this song made me recover some faith in them, hehe
@loganocchionero66216 жыл бұрын
Jotun Studio Really? I’m surprised you you didn’t enjoy The Strange Case Of especially if you liked the first one. That one is my favourite so far, but from what I’ve heard from this album, it might be taking the top spot. I still liked Into the Wildlife but it’s my least favourite album so far.

no1dejfan same here. They opened with it in Edmonton back in January and I thought it was incredible. I've been replaying live versions for months and was so excited for this.
