Lost my mom last year and she took me to my first concert which was halestorm, life was hard for both of us and we didn’t talk much after I went out on my own. When she passed we both knew how the other truly felt. Someday she’ll notice, maybe not today or even a month from now… but she will.

Hard to imagine for me. My mom used to belt out this song, almost with the precision of an operatic singer. But oh God did she sound like the closest thing to heaven ever. She was a Janis Joplin impersonator in her 20s, and honestly it used to show back then. Her voice was unmatched in raw power
