I once was in theater production with a Leo Sun and they would do anything under the sun to be praised or being given the spotlight, but still I was given the favor of the people. Daaaaamn! I’ve never heard Leo rising described in this way. I worked in human services for the longest time and was always praised for it, but the soul disconnect started being louder than the praise and I fell into a really terrible bout of depression and anxiety. Fast forward: I’m pursuing a creative profession, absolutely loving it, and the same people who praised me before are silent now. I totally feel it! I’m bummed every time I share about what I’m doing and I’m not cheered on, but thankfully that disappointment doesn’t dictate my actions anymore. Woo for adulthood!

Aw yay so happy you made this, I've already mentioned my rising sign haha but being a Leo rising is an amazing feeling. It wasn't an easy journey though, it took yearssss to finally fully embody my light and let it shine regardless. I took many notes! At the place that I am right now this is really valuable for me! 🔥 I say something a lot "being humble is overrated many times and honestly not being honest with yourself and others"😂. Always felt too much and always felt that one of the most important things was shining in a way that feels good to me. Doing things that don't light my heart really hurts me! Was many times in sutuation where ppl thought I was crazy "because I was so good at X and wanted to change". Starting to notice how I was almost always surrounded by people that don't really give themselves permission to be bold and how that "made me" dim my light and passion a lot because a bold passionate life "wasn't normal". I know this makes no sense to a lot of ppl, but doing something you are good at but not feeling really passionate and fired up is such a struggle! Definitely struggle a bit with doing things that are new and not receiving praise/great feedback. Or losing connections bc of choosing to be something more of me! Also am a Libra sun and cancer moon. Feel very sensitive with certain things and I guess with libra makes sense that the people pleasing thing let's say it is a big thing that I have been transforming 😂🧡 thank you so much! Really great video!🦁 also my hair really is curly and always had a lot of volume and kind of crazy😂love it!!

Oh gawsh, how to deal with the haters though? Especially in spiritual circles; I've been told I have too much energy, I'm too much, I've been mocked for my enthusiasm, I was bullied by a group at university who raised at a dinner party how I needed too much attention i.e. I was a 'difficult' person that probably had early childhood trauma (this was something I had raised about kids acting up in school and empathising; way to spin it around). Honestly for the most part I avoid new groups, especially women, I cannot be bothered with their projections and lack of self awareness. I'm done making myself small, so they don't take swipes at me.

As a Leo rising I feel like people are always worried about how much money I have. They assume I have a lot even though I don’t.
