We’re still cosleeping at 19 months cause I couldn’t handle her sleeping far away from me. We’re still breastfeeding too so I think that for sure adds to it. We’re due with our second in December though so going to have to start weaning and moving her to her own bedroom soon ❤️

Aleah is such a little girl now, she's getting tall! Love her long hair, too cute. Naomi in her own room, ahhhh time flies eh! 😊 Hang in there mama ❤ Magnesium is also great for hormones and digestive health. I take collagen for skin, hair and joints, it is amazing!

I love this video! When she wakes up in the middle of the night you always give her a bottle? Here my baby goes to bed around 6-7pm, if he wakes up around midnight I put back his paci, and usually he goes back to sleep until 1am or 2am when I give him his bottle. I don't know if I should add one more bottle in the middle of the night, he will be 5 months tomorrow!

Hi Tatiana! So currently Naomi is almost always waking up at 12-1 and around 5am Both those times I still give her a bottle! Mainly because I genuinely think she’s hungry because other times she wakes up and soothes herself back to sleep but those times she cries for awhile and really CHUGS her bottle so I’m still giving her those extra night feedings 😊

Hi Haley this really valuable video. Thank you for sharing. Jst wanted to know what did you use after the delivery? Did you use postpartum belt after delivery? And also how many ours gap do we need to keep for newborn feeding. Please guide me with this. My son got lot of colic issues until he getting bigger. He didn’t get any burp after feeding too. Please guide me with your newborn feeding schedule and the nighttime routine. And what type of healthy foods you eat during breastfeeding? Please reply me if you got chance .Thanx

Hi Sherina!! I’ll try my best to answer all you questions 🥰 so I did try to use a postpartum belt after delivery but honestly I often forgot 😂 but I’d say it is recommended to help shrink down your uterus! I feed Naomi every 3-4 hours and she’s eating about 4-5oz each time! She goes down to sleet at 7:30 and wakes to eat at night around 1am then again around 5am! ❤ As for healthy food to eat while breastfeeding I have a whole video on eating healthy postpartum that I posted a couple weeks ago that I’d recommended you to watch ❤️
