I thought it was only at my work. But, I I have seen that happen too. When a slacker actually works a little hard on one blue moon day, they get super rewarded for that. Whereas when we work efficiently every single day, we get squat. Sometimes, it's the slacker's carelessness or inefficiency due to which an issue occurs. They finally solve it and they get super rewarded for it. Hate it when that happens.

We don't get paid for overtime. There's no extra money other than incentives which are substantially less. We don't even have minimum wage rule (in my region).

If only Bigil was made in Bollywood, they would have reacted to the trailer 1-2 days afterwards. They could easily make 100k views on that trailer reaction aswell. Bigil is the biggest south indian movie for Diwali. Trailer reacted 37 millions views in a span of 8 days, it is the most liked indian trailer, the songs are chartbusters. The movie release will be like a festival iself. It's going to be double damaka for Bigil fans. I don't think this video was focusing on the slack of employees. I think it was focusing on the culture that has been there in India where employees would work their ass off, where they start as early as 8 or 9 or 10 am and finish their day at 8 or 9 pm, sometimes even later than that, but still they are only paid for the 7 or 8 allocated hours. And then staying overtime and not getting paid for those hours has become a norm. Or may be full day in India is considered 12 hours? I actually don't know. Someone please comment on this. Thanks
