a deep lack of information to form an opinion about our subject. If you look up also here in the YT, you will find out that this show was responsible for presenting some of the "best bands" (when he says that, i know that he is aiming at a specific audience, we, who love noisy garage experimental music, not the entire world) like Beastie Boys, Butthole Surfers and Velvet Monkeys. If you look up in the web, you will find out that HJ is a highly influent band in the works of Nirvana, for example

there's a whole myth around Half Japanese and it's influence; they are known as the band that would be king, if they sold themselves to mainstream industry. I deeply respect your opinion, and i agree that they are far from being "the best band", but i guess that you exposed it in an unhealthy and hateful way. Public television access has a short range, but is way more democratic than corporate media; so, when you say that someone has sucked someone to be on this sort of broadcast, you show me
