After saving the rocket from the invasion, Alyx leads you to the control room where you watch the rocket take off. Before reaching the room, doctor Magnusson thanks you, and if you stay there, you can overhear Kleiner and Magnusson making checks for the rocket launch. Kleiner will notice a "payload anomaly of eight and a half pounds" and shrug it off as acceptable margin. This is Lamarr in the rocket's head capsule.

Just to comment on the easter egg with the casserole, the fan remake Black Mesa also uses that easter egg but in a more subtle way by having a security guard say "you better make like an atom and split, that was you know who's lunch" meaning that the guy wasn't the best of respected co-workers to be around for anyone.

This is not all easter eggs and secrets. That depends on the definition of course, but you included the little dialogue at the end there, but before you enter that room, after the race with Dog, (it took me many many playthroughs to realise it) if you walk around before entering the White Forest facility, you can see by going right at the edge of the cliff there is a couple resistant members and they´ll have a chat. Really really cool and beautiful view, I dont think barely anyone knows about it unles syou decidded to explore everything and usually by exploring that much hl2 is meant to be a bit more linear, but just a headsup.

The unforseen consequences bit is a cool thing, but it's nowhere near a secret. It's supposed to be a direct reference to Half-Life's 3rd Chapter when the Black Mesa incident (Just after Gordon caused the Cascade). It's directly telling the player that the Borealis will cause another resonance cascade, and open more portals to Xen. It's why Eli reacted so harshly to those words, because G-Man told that to him just after Gordon went into the chamber. You walk past Eli and Kleiner on your way to the test chamber in Half-Life. I'm fairly certain Eli, Kleiner, Barney, Dr Breen and Magnusson are the only living survivors of Black Mesa, since the compound was nuked. Adrian Shepard, Gordon Freeman and Alyx Vance were all plucked out of Black Mesa, so technically they didn't really 'survive' the incident. The Gnome isn't a secret either, It's an achievement. They literally tell you about the gnome.
