It's possible the "meme" line is from Gabriel Knight 3. "Looks like we got us a deal!" is in the GK3 transcript, and it's got the PS2 graphics. habie: is it "we got ourselves a deal" or "we got us a deal"?

next time you're in a dialogue "cutscene" with alyx or any other NPC that exposits at you, if you grab a roughly book or plank sized prop and bop them on the head real hard a few times while they're walking the game will physically teleport them to the spot where that current walk cycle ends, not sure if it works in the vr version but thats how speed runners make cutscenes go faster and occupy themselves through the "lore heavy" sections with no shooting, might be a fun way to keep chat entertained

@@st.paddymad7085 I didn't have any motion sickness at all with 3rd person, but I didn't even attempt 1st person to know if I would feel any different. My only VR experience prior was getting sick in Boneworks and giving up, then using teleport in HL:A for 2 years. After playing through HL2VR with no motion sickness at all though, I played HL:A with smooth locomotion with no issues, so I guess I grew the mythical VR legs.
