Hey, sorry for the late reply. Yes, this is the WON version, but the cd-key is Redeemable on Steam and it grants you Half-Life Platinum Pack

There is no CD-Key for Counter-Strike on this edition, just Half-Life and HL Opposing force key, wich if you try to activate on Steam, it will grant you the Half-Life Platinum Pack with CS in it.
