Yes lunch Is included with tea and lemonade also. Bar service all over island. There is no pool but when you get in the water you will think you are in the biggest pool in the world i promise. 😎😎👍👍⛱⛱

We heading down on the Legend on May 1 and HMC is our second port - been there numerous times but not my cruise buddy. Usually grab a lounge near the "back row" of chairs on the way up to the Pirate Ship to be near bar/restrooms - but I'm noticing on other videos - I think they "cut back" some of the shade foliage on the way to the Pirate Ship - did you happen to notice this on your walk up? If so, we'll just keep walking further up then to where your current video suggests. Thanks again guys! As always - informative videos! Kathleen/NJ

You are correct looks like the foliage was cut back and now use them clam shells for shade. Not much foliage for shade unless walk down farther but not much past pirate ship you still find lots of shade and no crowds. Happy cruising. ⛱⛱😎😎👍👍🛳🛳

Does this port have excursions offered by locals like the other ports ? Or are they just available from carnival?

No idea and probably fluctuates between different cruise ships. But if you are already booked on a trip you can login to your trip and go under excursions for the half moon cay day and you will see rental prices. You can actually rent prior to getting on your ship. 👍👍😎😎🛳🛳

It seems like the beach area with the horses would be a bit icky with horse urine and poo. Am I mistaken? I would think that part of the beach would not be pleasant. Just my experience with horseback riding. I would also think the ocean would be a bit gross when the horses are there. I know there are all kinds of creatures in the ocean but they are so much smaller!

I'm not sure. It would be different for each carnival cruise line. If you log into your account you should be able to see under excursions. You can only book from the cruise ship.
