I disagree with the judge in that children don't remember things before 4 years old. I remember when I had just turned 1 and I went into my parents room and my dad was on top of my mom. I heard my mom yelling out and saying stop and I wanted to see what was going on. My dad told me he was tickling her. She was 8 months pregnant with my brother and ended up going into early labor, because he was actually abusing her and had her pinned to the floor. Judge Mathis is completely wrong that children don't remember things before 4 years old. They definitely do if it's significant or traumatic. They may not understand it, but they remember it.

JM IS INCORRECT AS USUAL. SOME CAN REMEMBER THINGS BEFORE 5.
@sereneamani17132 жыл бұрын
If JM reviews his statement, I believe he's reasonable enough to admit he worded his statements incorrectly and should not have used extreme words like everybody, all, or no one, etc. Also, "incorrect as usual" is a phrase that does not apply to JM.
