In this video I take a look at both the Half-track and Anti-aircraft trailer (hardware thats both adept at combating aircraft) and take a look at the advantages and disadvantages to see which is the one that you should ultimately buy, if your unable to buy both!

or a compromise, take the Half Track and hook the Anti-Aircraft trailer up to it and then you can have a quad machine gun plus a flak cannon, another quad machine gun, or a homing missile system

The technical's gun is one of the best anti air guns in the game plus it's extremely maneuverable. A comparison to it would be more fair imo since both the half track and technical are anti air vehicles while the insurgent pickup from my experience isn't effective with its guns against aircraft as the other two I mentioned.

Note from AA trailer user (the flac) - it can be pulled by a friends insurgent pickup custom...so best for 3 people is that setup by far. U have one guy driving, one on the insurgents gun and one on the AA and just all ground vehicles die very fast and aircraft without explosive canons die fast too if u can hit ur shots. All in all, I think the AA trailer is better if u want speed and variable uses. I don’t own the half track tho so I do not have experience beyond the trade mission

Already have the Half Track Gonna buy the Anti Air Trailer, but I dont recommend the Apc it is quite underwhelming if you play alone these 2 vehicles are kinda eligible to be stationary with their weapon types

hopefully if there is a gun running part 2, the halftrack (and all other gunrunning vehicles) will get more upgrades even stuff like capacity upgrades for the APC or even alo us to customize the Rhino and unlock the MG mounted to it, or even (somehow) let us use the MOC to customize the weapons payload on helicopters because lets be honest the Annihilator has so much potential but in rarely used. maybe have a complete overhall of the MOC, I.E. have options to deploy canopies off the side when stationary that can have functional extras for the owner +other players, small helipad on the roof to customize helicopters when stationary, maybe open up the vehical custom shop in the back to every vehicle but add more mods and stuff to military style vehicles, maybe even give the option to have the MOC trailer work as a deployment point for most vehicles in the game as well as allow us to call in teh AA trailer alongside out personal vehicles, or add the gunrunning and imports exports vehicles to the CEO list

The AA trailer is easier to spawn and doesn't cost money when destroyed, but you can't tow it with your own half track for example, because the trailer counts as your personal vehicle, so I got a friend to bring his Bobcat XL to tow it and guess what? The hook on the bobcat is too low to tow it, so the trailer scrapes over the ground. Another advantage the trailer has is that you don't need a moc to modify it, you do that in the bunker. However, in order to unlock the trade price you need an MOC...

Dont forget you need friends aswell... If you dont have friends, tank is always the option. If you do, then get yourself Insurgent pickup or APC. Fun fact: I bought Insurgent pickup even though I have no friends. I basically dont use it, used it just once with a random guy as a gunner right after I bought the car, but dont regret it since I like the car a lot

One very important note to anyone buying the trailer.... you have to pull it with what it gives you (saddler) you can’t call your own vehicle to pull the trailer. You can’t have 2 vehicles out at the same time!!!!

Flak cannon is the second most powerful gun in the game and in control of a good gunner could bring hell to any session, but the half track has the quad cannon which is very powerful with its fast rate of fire, the half track can also be used in heists. My conclusion: Buy the half track if your a heist player. Buy the anti aircraft trailer if not a heist player.

Is the Karin Rebel/Technical able to tow the anti-aircraft trailer? Since the the Karin Technical and the Insurgent Pick-up are soon going to become customizable, I was thinking about how awesome it'd be to have a fully customized Technical with an AA trailer towed behind it. Also, since the Technical is classified as a Pegasus vehicle and the AA trailer is classified as a personal vehicle, you can have both of yours out at the same time and tow them, unlike how for the Half-Track or the APC, you have to have two people that own those vehicles to tow them together.
