The Constitution does change through the Amendment process, Most of the amendments have improved situations that bad people crated because there was nothing to stop them from doing it. Rights for Voting was based on the old way brought over from other cultures, that was changed to make sure those stopping Minorities and women from voting was put to an end and so many more things that the Supreme Courts had to make right when bad laws were created and declared Unconstitutional. We would be foolish to lose faith in the Constitution and should hold Government and its bureaucrats (non elected officials making rules"Regulations") accountable.

As a 50 year old Hispanic I want to offer this advice to us minorities - we can keep bringing up the past of "when we were young we didn't have...." Yes our parents struggled (single parent in my home), yes there was roaches all over the house, yes they whooped us until we learned but this is a different time and we have more access to education, knowledge (internet), and we can break an old cycle and introduce a new one. I have nieces with college degrees whereas I was the only one in my generation with a degree. What I am saying is that it's changing - there are still minorities stuck in the old ways but there are also tons that now have degrees and can continue to lay down a solid foundation for their families. So let's move on from the negative past and discuss how we're changing the future.

I don't dance at all, ever, because she used to try and force me to dance with her at these places and I'd hide under the tables until she walk off on her own. When times were really rough, getting some chicken in our ramen noodles was a treat. I had a law degree and when I got injured and laid off after I fell down in law firms steps, they didn’t give me jack shit. It’s because legally blonde. True!! I’m serious. When I moved out of my parents home in the early 90s I moved in with 3 other people. We shared expenses and I had to work sometimes up to 4 part time jobs in order to pay my bill. I was just barely scraping by too. Then I was able to get a full time job with benefits so I quit all but one of my part time part time jobs. Eventually I was promoted into management so I could quit the last of my part time jobs and move into a bit nicer apartment with only 1 roommate. As a manager I always worked 10 to 14 days with very few weekends off. I was living paycheck to paycheck, I never felt like I was being cheated or it was unfair. I understood I needed to work hard when I was young in order to gain experience to get better jobs in my future. When I hear young people today say they can’t make a living wage off a job anymore… I just shake my head. I couldn’t either, I had to bust my butt to just get by. I was exhausted but made it work. If I needed more money I took a catering job on my days off. It’s just what I did. I don’t ever remember feeling it was unfair.

I worked 3 jobs to get through community College taking 15 hours a semester. Was homeless at 17. You do what you have to do.

@vicki5472... "Make it work. My grandfather worked three jobs at one point because it was necessary." I agree and have no idea why people thought that, "in the olden days", people only had one job. People did what they needed to do to live, feed their families, and to succeed. It was called adulthood and maturity. Too many Americans today are just big babies.

Content like this unites people waaaaaaay more then all these insane victimhood groups that rally behind blaming and hating others for their beliefs. “To unite” doesn’t always mean to agree. But at least it opens up dialogue instead of shutting it down. Everything starts with dialogue. Thank you for your effort and will to engage 🙏🏻🙏🏻

As Dan Bongino says the Republicans are not necessarily the answer to our problems but the Democrat's are almost always responsible for these problems. Love you all❤
@SupHapCak Жыл бұрын
Don't necessarily go full republican or you can fall into the same trap with the Rhinos Just look at everything democrats stand for, and elect people who stand for the opposite (Like democrats oppose school choice? Vote for someone who is for school choice) Look at policy above whether they have an R or D by their name

Honestly I listen to the policies and what they say. I’m a Tulsi fan and she runs as a Dem.

@@Maloney-ho6fb Tulsi has left the democratic party and is now a independent. I agree with her on some things and dis agree on others but she is honest as he'll about her beliefs which I can respect.

Always the policies but more importantly the actions. Rinos are great at✌️✌️ "policies" and suck at the actions.

The friend made the statement "When was America ever great?" .... If he actually looked into what it's like living in other countries around the world, I don't think he'll ever make that statement again. The freedoms he has here is unmatched anywhere else. I don't think he wants to give up any of his rights, freedoms and choices on everything under the sun.
@Abbath77 Жыл бұрын
WTF are you talking about. There is freedom in about 180 countries around the world. Most of them have even more freedom then you do because their goverments care about the citizens.

the Constitution has been updated many times. It has been amended 27 times since its inception. Shout out to you three! conversations about politics is a sure-fire way to destroy relationships if you're not careful. So great to see you all open-minded enough to hear each other and brave enough to wade into those waters.

Thanks for doing this. It's important to talk to those who have different opinions so you can help them to see what MAGA means, how the Constitution protects them, and what they can do to protect our country.

It’s great because nobody here is deliberately, knowingly, lying to keep an audience engaged like FauxNoose. They lost $787 million dollars in court ordered damages, so far, and an upcoming court case by Sysmatic, will cost them $2 billion in damages. The right wing nuts are trying replace democracy with greedy oligarchy. And half our country is unwittingly being conned into betraying American values. Unfortunately.
