Tuchel’s current setup is very pragmatic, it does not favor dynamic wingers like Ziyech or CHO. At Ajax, they usually played some sort of 4-3-3 variation, with the chance for both widemen to switch flanks and be interchangeable. He’s just an unfortunate casualty of a manager mid-season switch.

Ziyech is the most talented player in Chelsea. Unfortunately,Tuchel hasn't given him confidence to display his skills as he did with Ajax as a free playmaker. His magical passes and assists are no longer the same because Tuchel tactically differs from Ten Hag , the manager of Ajax. The same for Lukaku .He has the same problem as Ziyech.Tuchel make it difficult for these two players to show their skills as they used to do with their previous teams.
