HALFWAY ACROSS AUSTRALIA - Kimba, Pildappa Rock

Welcome to South Australia!
We roll in to Pildappa Rock to check out SA's version of "Wave Rock' before rolling into the town of Kimba!
Kimba boasts the Halfway across Australia sign, the Big Galah and some of our favourite silo art.
They also host a free camp at their Recreation Reserve where we base ourselves for 3 days.

What a great spot. That huge rock looked like some prehistoric monster lying in wait. The drone certainly shows a different perspective instead of everything at eye level. Great footage as usual. Thanks 😀 😊

Yeh it was definitely a very odd shape. Didn’t truly appreciate it until i sent the drone up. Kimba is a great spot, pub was good for a feed too

Did it again guys with another great episode! Loved the drone footage at Pildappa Rock! We stopped there in 2019 but didn't have a drone then, so cool to see it from above. Liam playing hide and seek, what a crack up 😂

We were just at Pildappa rock and camped on the opposite side to the entrance. Was very nice.

I bet it was! We wanted to, but it was extremely windy when we visited, others we spoke to said it wasn’t as nice as they hoped

Cheers buddy, thanks for the heads up about Audio, il have a look into it. We now run a media kit which helps but sometimes its still a bit average. Still need to look into the Patreon! oh and i would love to see that rock straight down, unfortunately can't (legally) fly the drone high enough for that, plus I was already getting wind warnings for it :P Thanks for the feedback mate!

Great Video Mark & Clem Todays Questions Q1 I Have Just recently had a Bullbar and a set of Clear-view Towing Mirrors fitted onto My Ford Territory and I Have Just Got A Roof Rack and Awning, Snorkel and UHF For the Territory aswell and I would like to ask what should go on first to last out of the Roof Rack, Awning, Snorkel and UHF Q2 The Roof Rack is ROLA TITAN Roof Tray with side Rails and Would I Be able to fit a Kayak, Tent (which is in a duffle bag), 20 Litre Water Can and MaxTrax on it all at once when I’m towing my caravan at all or not. Q3 Do You Know how Much 2 Labs weigh as I have got 1 Black Lab and 1 Chocolate Lab Q4 When is the Funfair with the slides and animals Video in Adelaide coming out as I Saw it on Facebook

I would get the snorkel first, UHF, roof rack then awning. I would imagine it could all fit, wether or not the car will be overweight is a different story. You really need to arrange to have it all weighed. Sorry i have no idea how much labs way, at s guess i would say 25kg each. Mine are 18 and 21 but labs would be bigger. Unfortunately we didn’t film on that day, it was the Loxton annual show in the riverland and we just went for some fun
