Lyrics (as I hear them): There's that feeling, I won't be here for long. Cuz there just ain't no fixing everything that's wrong. There's no going No, there's no going home. Cuz home's been forgotten for some time spent alone. And my loved ones, they don't call me at all. They say that they love me, so I tighten my jaw. And I fall, back into the weeds. I don't think that it's selfish for me to be me. And my music, it don't heal me no more It got twisted and mangled For some bills on the board. (I think like the Billboard charts for music) And my lover, well I left her alone. I got lost in my purpose, and my purpose went cold. I'm a failure, I'm a fucking black hole. I bought into a liar, and my future got sold. Now I'm tired, of finding my side. I don't wanna be here. I don't wanna die. It's getting old, I'm getting old. Now I'm stuck on the shoulder, and not even half way to whole. And I'm halfway to Kansas, and not even half way to whole. So I summon my demons, cuz there's no one here I know. And I'm halfway to dying, and not even halfway to whole.

I heard it as “I fall back into the wheels” but both readings are interesting

@@corymackenzie-gray1359Unfortunately since it's a phone recording, the lyrics can sound ambiguous, but in person the "d" sound was more clear

Thanks for sharing and nice recording. What a perfomance he put on that night. I usually judge an artist on how similar they sound to their recordings and out of the 50 or so shows I've been to he's the first where he might have been better live.

For me so far, only him, Tool, and the Lumineers have actually sang better live. Of course it's always more fun live, but only those three stood out to me as better than their studio recordings. It's really impressive!

@@swagertyI bet they are good live. And agreed very impressive I hope to see him play with a band someday and compare the experiences. Dean Lewis is the only other one I've seen pull off such a powerful acoustic session like that. Thanks again for posting the video

@@ronp420 he's way better solo. But he's able to do more songs with the band. Some songs just won't sound right without them.
