Before the pandemic struck and when I was still less prone to illness, I used to watch opera in Tokyo on my b-day. The last opera I had seen was my favourite The Barber of Seville. I just started listening and the first ist surely no ouverture either. It's an orchestral arrangement of a famous theme from Turandot, which does not have an ouverture. The second one is an arrangement as well. I suppose the whole video is meant in this way
