8:03 400m in 7.5 hours. Hard to imagine. Me: Thorong Phedi to Thorong La 5416 meter high pass 1000m ascent in 2:30h. Tatopani to Ghorepani 1700m ascent in 8h. There is a much more impressive high trail which goes via Mong La - Phortse - Pangpoche, no need to take the Tengboche trail twice.
