Materials⁚
4 eggs
1.5 cups of granulated sugar (225 g)
1 glass of milk (200 ml)
1 glass of oil (200 ml)
2.5 cups of flour (300 gr)
2 packets of baking powder (20 g)
1 packet of vanilla (5 g)
2 cups grated carrots
1 finger missing walnuts from 1 cup
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Someone asked how long to bake it . My guess 40min at 350° . Check it at 35min with a tooth pick . Don't ever bake though

I have a bit of a problem with the 5 minute description - the video alone is 8 min long and it leaves out a lot of the process including getting out and measuring ingredients, grating carrots, thorough mixing, and the cooking time. If you've got the best part of an hour every day to make this cake, good luck to you but I can only go ha ha😉
