Slowly gorging on them with mates, throwing rocks at mango trees, pulling each others legs. Nostalgic moments. It’s all changed now. No palkova is made up of milk. Milk is stirred for a few hours until it thickens and forms a paste. We add sugar and let it cool for an hour under the fan.
