Happy Father's Day to all the Father's. I agree with everything Steve Young has always said about Lamar Jackson. I feel like in the season, we had like 20 starters on IR at the beginning of the season, Greg Roman had to pass the ball because we lost all our running backs. So he had to go to a more passing offense by default. Lamar Jackson was not prepared for the change, nor did he have the personal at the receiver position. (Go Figure). But Lamar had us at the top of the division until it became too much, and he also got hurt. What do we do . We go right back to the running scheme the very next season, instead of adding onto what Lamar showed he could do the following season. I feel like the Ravens didn't do enough at Receiver for Lamar. I'VE seen receivers to teams where the quarterback would never get than the ball because the QB play was so bad . I don't think the ravens tried hard enough to bring in talent. We couldn't have got a DJ Moore or Omari Cooper type for Lamar. I refuse to believe the ravens couldn't do better. They just don't respect the position. IF it's not stopping the receiver.

I think if the org was gonna get more talent at the skilled positions via free agency, they would hv done it on LJ's rookie deal. Draft and develop is key now.

It’s crazy Lamar has a better career passing percentage and better percentage every single year except Diggs 1st year with the Bills over that fullback in Buffalo.

I love Steve Young and his experienced perspective on our QB Lamar Jackson. I totally agree Lamar should've been surrounded with much better and talented players and I'll add coaches, as well as, John Harbaugh hired these coaches and co-ordinators and his responsibilities and blame gets swept under the rug while here we sit some six going into seven years later still having these conversations and our team let downs, non success, unnecessary failures and losses all these years later fall on Lamar shoulders never fails. Make it make sense!🤔

The sad part about the Ravens drafting WRs is they THINK they can draft for that position but they can’t. In the process of attempting to draft a WR they missed on legit #1 talent like DJ Moore, Stephon Diggs, DK Metcalf and George Pickens. If you can’t grow em, buy em. And it kills me to see them continue to surround Lamar with subpar talent at that position. SMH 😖

I think Lamar is every bit as good a QB as Maholmes. Only thing missing is the SB.
