Deal with it or don't, that won't change the fact that she is and will CONTINUE to be the face of Ariel. The Little Mermaid is my favorite Disney princess movie ever since I was child. When they casted Halle as Ariel, I had to look her up. Her voice blew me away. When the trailer dropped and she sang those iconic lines, it brought tears to my eyes. Not only is her voice just stunning, I can hear the hope and longing she gives to Ariel's character. I most likely will cry during the reprise of Part of Your World because that's my favorite singing part of the entire movie.

I know right? It's haunting how they're both so amazingly beautiful with their voices alone but become another entity when together, their harmonies and runs are second to none in their generation, absolutely beautiful. And I love how your kitty jumped in half way through that iconic cover, so cute! But yeah Halle is a gem, a diamond- and she's also really humble and laid back too, so when she's putting her work and effort in she deserves every bit of praise she gets, thats why I know her movies will do top notch because she's doing it for the art, for the representation, and in this case with TLM for the kids. Im just so proud of her and know only great things are in her future. Thanks for your commentary, I'll try to find the vids you wanted to see the full scope of.

@@Beldvlmnt Awwww haha, I know I was giddy when I saw him in your jin reaction too, my party yorkie is my best friend too so I love when animal friends join in on the fun! And yeah I love that you appreciate halle and chloe individually and together- you luckily are seeing them when things calmed down but for a while there was a lot of disarray in their fanbase, where people kept trying to 'compare them' but like true sisters and amazing talents that they are, they stay away from instigators like that. They do it for the art, and theyre so classy and elegant but also unique and kind! Also I cant wait for you to get into their albums, Ungodly Hour was their most recent- but their older albums are gems and they're also releasing a new one but we dont know the date yet, when we do though please check it out! They also have solo music, Chloe in particular has a few recent songs and performances you might enjoy! (Have Mercy was the first single she released), and Halle is teasing new music as well, we're waiting with baited breath for it- but of course her movies are priority rn (I believe Chloe is going to be in a horror movie as well. They're both so well rounded right, its crazy amazing). Its so healthy too. When musical partners can do their own thing and still come together as one, even outside of them being sisters its just such a healthy thing to see! Anyways I'm getting too excited! So excited for this!!!! I cried the first time I saw the trailer...I loved Ariel as a child and now at 37 I get take my daughters 6 & 12 (will be 13 when we go) to see it Live Action and the main character looks like them 💕 some people may not see the significance in that but its very important. Showed the trailer to my 6 yr old and when she saw Halle she says, "Mommy shes brown like MEEEE!!!!" Of course I cried AGAIN 😭😭😭
