OMG! @Dwaine Woolley, I love you all and experiencing the abundancy of fruits, Yet, this enjoying of buco(young coconut) with its juice/water and jackfruit at ONE TIME or ONE-AT-A VERY SHORT TIME is NOT ADVISABLE . The big is the possibility that there is a CHEMICAL REACTION when they are taken in the body and become POISONOUS. Indeed, several cases were already recorded/documented. Please check it thru google.
