Hallie Biden testifies about crack use and throwing out Hunter Biden's gun

Hallie Biden, widow of President Joe Biden's son Beau Biden, testified Thursday in Hunter Biden's federal gun trial. Beau passed away from brain cancer in 2015, and Hunter and Hallie were later romantically involved.
Hallie Biden testified that Hunter introduced her to crack. She said she found his gun in October 2018 and threw it in a trash can outside a grocery store.

It's a shame that Joe and Jill never made Hunter have consequences when he was drinking heavily as a teen. Their daughter, Ashley as well was using drugs while in high school. While Joe was sending other people's kids to jail, he was making sure his kids didn't experience the same consequences. Why? Did he think that jail was wrong? Then why the crime bill? Was he afraid of the skeletons that would be exposed in treatment? It's a shame that they were raised by permissive parents who covered up their problems whether than seeking appropriate help.
