My area of expertise is risk and insurance management, property and casualty, large risks like ships, oil platforms, refineries, ports and terminals. I am not a lawyer, but Musk paying for the blue check marks on some accounts screams fraud or at least liability, because he has no property interest in those accounts. They don't work for him, there is no client relationship there. His actions force people to pay if they want that check mark, and if they don't want to pay for it then they don't get the check mark, it's totally up to the person who owns those accounts. Well, apparently he disagrees with his own policy, but there's nothing he can do about that except stop charging people for these subscriptions or revising it to say, for example, you have to pay unless you have x number of followers. A more basic example: Let's say you don't like the exterior and landscaping of your neighbor's house because it makes your house look bad. You can't send over landscapers and have the house painted, because it's not your house. Even if you pay for it, especially if you pay for it, you basically just caused them a loss. "Oh, but it's better now, because I made both our homes more attractive" is not in any way a justification for doing something to someone else's property--in this case, their identities. He's not saying they need to drink the Kool Aid, he's making them drink it against their wills. If William Shatner and Steven King want those checkmarks on Twitter, I'm sure they can afford them; they may even be making a point by not subscribing to keep them; and Musk just violently yanked that bit of free speech away from them.

Why is it important to keep church and state separate? Separation helps to prevent government from promoting one religion or one sect over the others. That really helps protect religious pluralism so that government can not impose one religion on everyone. .....

On my safe Dream car. I have 4 Led lights on my Dashboard. When i have turned my key. Start will blink, I have to activate 3 actions and Brake. First the brake, then gas pedal, then press start, and hold the brake down for safety, then press the START. We know brake activation will activate the brake light, the gas EFI, and so on. Buyer decide the order sensors are activated. Fail to follow the order is Engine lockout for like 60 secs. No keyforb or phone app to remember, or wifi access to the order. No reset is possible. Closed system. Add blinkers and a few others, We have a Vault on wheels.
