The banks are not borrowing enough money to operate daily cash because headquarters is making calculations based on CPI surveys not on the actual functioning of the branches. It is only an appearance of bank failure. This is the same bsnk failure ss 2008.

The army should be building Edison generators and dynamos power plants for helicopters and vehicles. Those are unlimited range electric power vehicles without fuel or recharge stations. This should have been done decades ago when it became clear we have to conserve fossil fuels and develop renewable resources for soot and smoke to shade the oceans and clean up the environment beyond the battlefield..
