I have the Jack Skellington animatronic. Unfortunately, he got some damage during shipping. He still works perfectly, just looks like he has a bullet hole in his chest. Think I'll wait for my local store to open before buying anymore props. It's not their fault, just don't want anymore of my items being damaged by careless delivery people.

Sinister Sara I feel you. Shipping company's have damaged almost every prop I've ordered. It's best to buy in stores. Maybe spirit will let you exchange your Jack for another. I'm sure they will. Let me know how everything works out!
