The fact that these videos exist shows the state of modern television. It has no personality anymore. Nothing resonates deeply with you like these old shows and commercials do. The nostalgia that rises up when you hear the first few seconds of a toy video....nothing today can do that.

I'm 55 years old and remember most of these commercials. My youngest child was 1 or 2 at this time. He was norn in 1992 . You gave me great memories. Plus I'm going to see if I can find some of these Halloween shows . Thanks for the memories 😊

Halloween, 1993. Here I sit at home, listening for shouts of "Trick or Treat!" I'm on candy-handing-out duty, the rest of my team is out trick-or-treating themselves. I catch the weather at 21:00. 59 degrees at the moment. Okay, that's not that bad. But it's gonna dip into the mid-40s overnight? That seems a little extreme. I get up and I fiddle with the thermostat. The kids probably wanna be toasty and dry when they get home. A perfect night for them. Catching Nightmare Before Christmas then straight to the streets for trick-or-treating. It's up to me to somehow cap this magical night.

Great video compilations :) I was 8 in October 1993, and while I wasn't thinking it at the time I feel this way now... it seems like everything was so much better then; movies, TV, music, radio... now we have high speed internet, streaming video, etc., but yet(and I can't speak for anyone but myself) most of what I use the internet and KZbin for now is watching stuff from thirty, forty or even fifty years ago. Incidentally, I had that Super Mario All-Stars game at 10:19 for SNES; Super Nintendo was my first video game console and I loved it... since then i've had PlayStation, PS2, PS3 and now XBox One, but Super Nintendo I will always have a soft spot for :)
