Decor from Walmart if fine. I highly recommend NOT getting costumes from them, though. Literally watch people change their kids into costumes to see if they fit the just toss them aside if not. ... thought to be fair, I wouldn't buy any clothing from them that wasn't factory sealed. The things people do in Walmart are far scarier than any horror film.
