It doesn't have to be a million dollar budget. To realize that you don't focus the camera on the hammer. When swinging it at the person's head. You ever see somebody look at the hammer instead of the Target? How do you even know you're hitting somebody in the head. It was absurd in the first Halloween movie when young Michael stared at his knife and its equal. Absurd in this movie when the adult Michael stares at the ballpine hammer Instead of looking at his target, the victim's head. It doesn't make any sense.

Folks. This is obviously a fan film here. I stumbled upon it and it’s nice to see somebody thinking differently about a pretty boring franchise. I have a professional degree from a state university in media and you’d be astonished at how few of the students from my courses put any effort into any project. This is a fan of the series who took source material and went in a different direction. Give him a bit of praise as he’s not trying to redefine the franchise. Rather write his own take and learn the art of filmmaking using the material he’s familiar with. Be kinder and do better to young folks expressing their talents. We have enough pointless cinnamon challenge videos to make this a bit more fun.

Okay, I’ve been a big fan of the first Halloween movie you did ever since it came out. It really has a special place in my heart, I was 12 when it came out and I remember watching it late at night it really brings back fond memories. I actually didn’t get around to watching H2 all the way through until this year but it was as awesome as the first one and I was hyped for H3. For the most part H3 is by far the best of the trilogy, I can tell how you’ve improved so much since the first two. The use of the music and the lighting was perfect, and being shot in the snow was one of the greatest aspects of it. However, I do have one gripe with the movie and that is Laurie’s role in the film. (Before I get into this I completely understand if she wasn’t available to film and that isn’t your fault) I loved Samantha Naslund as Laurie in H1 and H2 and a lot of the trailers led me to believe that we would get a final showdown at the end between her and Michael. But her death kind of came out of nowhere and I was really disappointed, I thought she would be alive at the end and kill the Shape once and for all. (I completely understand if she wasn’t able to film much and I’m not bashing your movie at all, trust me I freaking loved it:) But still I liked the Judy character and Max were great But other than that, I enjoyed this movie through and through. You did an amazing job and I love how you ended it open ended. I would like to see these cast members return for future projects for sure.

For a "FAN MADE" Film, with a tiny budget and very basic equipment, it did have a few elements that worked well enough to bring them up to B Movie status, and which would be missed by the average viewers without a professional eye for such things like myself, having worked in the professional TV & Film Industry for 49 years in the UK, It is sad to see a number of negative comments left below by some viewers, as you can not judge this film against Big or Small Studio Productions, it is a "FAN" film, so a different league all together,in terms of more experienced Crews, Actors, Editing, Sound, Lighting, etc, and given what you had to work with, I think you did a good job of it, I admire the effort, and passion to do it, and that is what a "fan film" is all about. It is not meant to look like a big budget Glossy Hollywood Production, it is meant to be enjoyed for what it is, and on that score it stands up very well.

I like Halloween And Friday the 13th. This type of movies was not out when I was a kid If it would have been and I watched it I'll be in so much trouble with my parents They only allow family movies.
