Drumdums for Halloween 6,7,8 dimension films was with Miramax/Disney and rob zombie Halloween was with Weinstein company and dimension and h2 was with dimension, Weinstein company, and Sony.

Drumdums I got the smaller box set. I LOVE the Halloween series but I only tend to watch the documentaries and extras once so it suited me best. The one thing I was missing was the Producers cut of 6 but I bought that separately when released. Like you said, it’s amazing it was all put together in one box set. I bought the Friday the 13th box set. I love that but I’m disappointed it doesn’t have uncut versions. Apparently they are lost though. Do you know what’s messed up? I live in the UK. They didn’t release the Halloween or Friday box sets in the UK. I not only had to order the sets off the internet but I had to buy a multi Region Blu-ray player just to play those two box sets 🙈

Missed out on the initial run of this set. Found it at a used book store back in 2021 for a good price and in excellent condition. It’s my favorite box set. Really enjoyed this video. 8:24

I just got this box set today. I love it! The only issue is the fact that the theatrical versions of Rob Zombie's films are not in the set, but since I already own a double feature for those, I don't really care.

Drumdums Mine too, honestly. It's the best set of movies I own. The Halloween 4 copy inside doesn't have any audio sync errors either, so that's a plus. Probably because I bought it at a later date.

I finally got this set brand new off of ebay for 175! It is beautiful, but it came with the replacement disc for 4, not the original disc. I am pretty sure that is how some of the sets are. So now I don't have a copy of the panel discussion, and it also does not have any special features besides the trailer! Luckily some of them are on youtube though. I just looked through a lot of the special features. I am extremely happy with them. I love the radio spots, tv spots, behind the scenes, and deleted scenes. One of the things I really liked the most was on the set of H5. I am the only one that likes Tina's character, and her actress talks about her character a lot. Also something that really shocked me was some of the deleted scenes for H6, which are not in the theatrical or producer's cut. If you have not seen them you have to. When the doctor is trying to escape after the operating room massacre scene from the theatrical cut, they show his face getting sliced into 3 parts through the bar, and his brain falling on the ground.

ok, so a couple of questions. 1) Does the Resurrection disc comes with ALL the alternative endings? I do believe there should be total of 4 endings.2)Does the first Halloween have the TV NBC version as well?

Lorenzo Rucker I would say it depends, if you just want good kills and a tense 3rd act stick with the theatrical cut, but if you want a plot that makes slightly more sense, and has a lot of suspense with not a lot of gore, much like the original, check out the producers cut.

drumdums, Good afternoon, I'm from Brazil, I wonder if Halloween of 1978 and sold separately with both albums? the 35th anniverary version and the extended version of tv you have in this box, or only in this box do you have the two movies together? I know the other films are sold separately with the collectors issues, but I did not find Halloween 1978 in double edition

Not sure where you read Sony distributed H2 it says The Weinstein Company did the distribution! It is a great set but I really wish the minor audio sync issue had not happened with part 4 but they at least issued replacement discs but I was really disappointed that Halloween H20's TV version was not included and the theatrical versions of the remakes!

The disc itself is a Sony title (I don't get it, but it is). I'm glad they offered a replacement disc though.

Yes. Buy the individual release with the fire look on the cover. That doesn't have the audio issue.

It is a beautiful set. what did u think of the lithograph(i think thats what its called) that was offered to its 1st i think 500 preorders? i thought it looked pretty cool. can u give me a quick detail of the "terror in the aisles"(on halloween 2)? I own the halloween documentary 25 years really good documentary. 3 best horror documentaries are the halloween, nightmare on elm street(never sleep again) and of course crystal lake memories.

It kind of irks me that they didn't include the theatrical cuts for Rob Zombie's Halloween 1 and 2. It's a complete collector's box set and should have all the content the films have to offer. Otherwise, this is a great box set and one I might buy sometime. Also, I love your reaction to Halloween: Resurrection in this video. Ha ha.

+torleif niva I think Zombie's style is very polarizing for some viewers. It's not for everyone, but he definitely has his fans. I personally think his Halloween II is a horror masterpiece, and very misunderstood. Thanks for watching!
