What I’d do for the giant scarefactory guy, would probably weld a short piece of tube steel somewhere in the body or on the neck. Someplace that is solid. And basically from there, get another piece of tube steel that matches the length going from the platform to the inside of that original short length of steel. That way you can insert that precut length into the shorter stub and stand it vertically on top of the platform once the figure is laid down. And that would act as a “removable” support piece. Not sure if I’m explaining that the best way, but I did something similar for my headless horseman prop made by scarefactory. I found that all of the weight was putting a lot of stress on the welds on the hind legs. So I added that piece which really helped when transporting it, considering it would be strapped down pretty tight which added even more weight to those welds. Let me know if I can forward any pics that could help. I love talking about this mechanical stuff for the props😂

awesome, loving these videos! i got the mutant animatronic from distortions a few months ago and i’m thinking about saving for another pro prop, would you recommend poison props?

I have heard some not so great things about scare factory, was he sent damaged? The Beast Craft line is so freaking impressive. Did you get these at Transworld or did you order directly from the companies

Hey thanks for watching! Yes a little bit of damage on a few of their props unfortunately. We first saw them at transworld but we learned that once the general population are allowed in, a solid 80% of those props are pre sold to the companies with early access. So we ordered directly from them both at the show and afterwards. Some stuff had a pretty long lead time as well.

@@PaFurGarage yeah we have run into that, the pro Haunts and Scream Parks take priority since they are ordering bulk, which is understandable. Beast Craft is one of my favs now, they are so impressive to be new on the scene. If you are at Transworld next year hopefully we will get to say hello
