Emily Cromwell designs laminated her own and she tried outsourcing but it didn’t work out 😊

And she’s the queen of bookmarks, so I’d follow her lead! Outsource printing and laminate in-house. I wonder what laminator Emily uses (although I think she’s had trouble in the past with hers as well).
