I love uva bar burgers. Pre covid my favorite from the menu was the lamb burger. Their garlic fries are also awesome but my favorite is the sweet potato fries. The pumpkin ravioli dish from Naples is very easy to make if you have a trader Joe's nearby. They sell an awesome pumpkin ravioli during fall. It's just butter that is cooked until brown plus a couple leaves of fresh sage cooked in the butter until crispy. Then toss in your cooked raviolis, plate and top with grated parmesan.

I have to say the Pumpkin Ravioli is very unique with a different twist. That monster burger was definitely a brunch burger and will fill you up in a hurry. The tater tots were a nice bonus as a side dish. I like the idea of making skeleton ice cubes with an assortment of colors and flavors!

Wow! Peter! Kitra! I don’t think any of the food I’ve seen on your channel has made me hungry and wanting it so much as that burger and the pumpkin ravioli. Thank you so much for sharing. I used to get a burger from Red Robbins that was like that and it was so delicious. Also used to get a pizza from a place called slab pizza that had a fried egg on it. So good. Can’t remember where I’ve had pumpkin ravioli before as well but I remember it being fantastic.

When you come to Batú East, which is open 😉, you must have a few adventures in Miami. If you like a fried egg 🍳 on your food you will love Cuban food. We call it "a Caballo" style which translates to horse style, but it means with an egg on top.
