Halloween, Food, & Fitness For Kids! Explore Cornbelly’s Fall Festival!

In this video, join me at Cornbelly's in Lehi, UT at Thanksgiving Point! This is a family friendly Fall Festival. There are so many fun activities and destinations to explore. At each stop, we will play pretend, and tie everything back to food and fitness!
Everything we discuss is perfect for kids who are looking to build a positive relationship with food and fitness.
Did you know pumpkins are a fruit and contain a bunch of nutritious vitamins and minerals? We met a Pumpkin Fairy who keeps the pumpkins healthy. She introduces us to the Cornbelly's dragon! We explore a school house, how important nutrition is to fuel our minds for learning. We discuss several types of fruits, vegetables, and colors! We stop at the post office and learn how we can get food, groceries, and fitness equipment delivered to our doors. We make pretend food, go shopping at the grocery store, stop at the gas station, a haunted hotel, a baby nursery, pizza parlor, the food court, see skeletons playing music and learn about our bones! Then we go to a playground/ropes course! I encourage all kids to try new things and get out of their comfort zone! We end our kids tour of Cornbelly's on a pirate ship!
