15:19-18:56 "Pluto's Judgement day" is one of my favorite Short Disney Cartoons. And I Don't Know Why, but my favorite part in it is when the Shackles of the Ball and Chains Fasten Themselves around Pluto's Wrists, Ankles, Neck and Tail. (16:13)
