One thing to note which could be a continuity error or simply Cochran had him repaired quickly, Dick Warlock's robot appears in the elevator where just prior, Dan rips his guts out. One theory that I've always loved but most fans would hate is if Michael was one of Cochran's robots that got loose from the factory and is his terminator model. It would explain why he is hard to kill. I want Michael to be the boogeyman but part of me likes the robot idea in a H3 universe.

I have another theory. Somehow some way Elie escaped and escaped the factory before it exploded. If there is ever a sequel it should start with that. A flashback of how that happened.

Imagine at the end of the movie there actually was a real giveaway, but it was for a new 4th mask....Michael Myers' mask.

I have always looked at Cochran's Agents as being very similiar to the T800-101 models from The Terminator in that they are manufactured similarly and used for similiar purposes. I think Cochran, being somewhat supernatural himself and thus being around for many millenia was able to craft a technology that was radically ahead of modern science. One thing that might make Cochran's agents different from a T800 would be that maybe they weren't made entirely of metal, but maybe some type of hard plastic instead as the nurse that was overlooking the residue from the explosion with Cochran's agent found very little metal and even mentioned that the fire took everything else. Giving credence to the theory that the Agents are economized largely of some type of plastic or faux metal. As for the Ellie Grinbridge theory. I believe that the real Ellie perished back in the Silver Shamrock factory. She was abducted by Cochran's Agents, killed and Dan Chalis ran off with another one of Cochran's Agents made to look like Ellie. Perhaps Cochran's intent with that was that the Agent would kill Chalis and then see it through that the program was broadcast.
