They’re both wonderful but glowing ghost is my favorite. I wanted to ask why did you apply a base coat before you applied the matte coat on the finished work and should I do that every time I apply matte ?

Thank you for your commenting. In this case it was Reinforce base coats that I use to protect the design or ombré layers before I put top coat or matte coat prevent it from spreading or damaging the design that I did.

Funny - you paint the thumbnail, but when you use the violet light, the thumb doesn’t go in - only the 4 other fingers😂 a bit misleading
