This would have been a great video, if you had actually showed the nails that were in the thumbnail. But because you didn't I feel that this video was just click bait, with you purposefully trying to mislead us about what is in the video, which is specifically against KZbin's terms of service. There were nails in this video that I would have watched anyway, but now I feel angry, because I feel like you lied to me about what was in this video...

I agree. A lot! And you can’t focus on the nails because the lighting looks like it was from a 2000’s movie, and the music sounds more of a soundtrack of a murder film from the same time!
