I'll watch the show in a few weeks live but I love the costumes and the floats already, but I do not like the soundtrack very much. For me, it does not catch the Halloween spirit. Its more like a Fall or Harvest Parade, but it looks fantastic!

You're absolutely right! You should check out the new Tokyo Disneyland Halloween Parade (Called the Spooky Boo Parade). Much more Halloweenlike, both in floats and in music, without getting too scary for the kids. I saw it a few weeks ago, it's done really well. They don't have a Phantom Manor float though, I did love that one in this video.
