I have gotten alot of comment referring to "why didn't the guy drive away in the beginning. He could have easily left". Well it was just an error on my behalf of not showing that the car is a "push to start" so the keys were not in the vehicle therefore not being able to drive away. The Valley Entertainment what kind of camera did you guys use? I’m from Zapata, Tx and we’re making a Myers film too and I like the way the shots look.

This was an old film for us, we were using a canon c100 I would strongly suggest either having a lens with in body stabilization or renting the ronion s because we did everything hand held and it really makes alot of the shots seem amateur, but yeah the camera we used was a canon C100 with a Rokinon cine 35mm lens

Can’t lie the opening had me weak af.. who wrote the dialogue for this? Shots out to you.. although I’m a huge fan of Halloween franchise and all the fan films that follow I have to say this jawn definitely sticks out. Spanish cast, realistic dialogues, high camera angels, believable scenarios... I love it👌🏽💯 keep up the good work

it was kind of good a lot of errors in the video but for it to be a fan made it's kind of good the only problem I have is the scary movie stereotype like when Michael was looking down on them and nobody noticed him or The First beginning when the guy getting out the car not knowing if this guy could be crazy or what-have-you I mean the guys in a hospital gown and face covered I'm pretty sure the average person when it get out the car for something like that then the other guy just sat there basically let himself died the car was started and everything why didn't he just pulled off so many errors I can go on and on about this video but hope you fix it great work love Halloween franchises can watch videos of it all day

But as for the car it was just a lack of remembering to get a "shot" since the car is "push to start" the keys were not inside the car so he wasn't able to just take off, but I forgot to establish that so I can see why you would think he should be able to just leave. Sean King we were using a real knife (probably not smartest way to go about it) so the kill comes off "gentle" .....if I remember correctly in the original it was the same minus them cutting to the shot of the feet twitch but low budget and short on time, I say we did what we could. 1. Thank you that shot was kinda tricky to pull off could have been better but it was my first time using a drone 2. Well it was $600 for the house we rented for 2nights and well camera and drone is mine (Canon C100 $1800 and DJI mavik air $800) $60 mask $30 suit $10 knife 3. I technically didn't kill everyone the cop/agent is still alive but yes we just wanted a one and done 4. Yeah we could have made it longer but our budget for the home wouldn't allow it so we trimmed it down 5.thank you once again 🙏🙏

this entire film screams awkward, and i got the feeling that none of ur actors with the exception of maybe 2, were not very comfortable in front of the camera. and it was hard to see ur vision. there are so many issues that it would take me a whole day to list them and explain them. u guys should try something on a smaller scale and then make ur way up to short films. rating between 1-10, i give it a 5. sorry guys. better luck next time.

I'm guessing you haven't checked out my channel, you would know I have done over 10 short films with these actors minus 2 of them, but this was our first crack at a bigger film and making no excuses but we had to plug a completely new none experienced actor into a role that was not made for him due to deadlines and money. So if you judge it in whole then yes not the best work we could have done but if you factor everything I personally think it's amazing what we pulled off. And one more thing these are not trained actors don't forget the word "fan film" is being used so this is a film for fans from fans but good points on your critique and definitely agree on some of them. Thank you for the feedback
