I'm gonna be penny wise and hand little kids balloons so when they go back to there friends or parents they can say a nice clown named penny wise gave them a balloon 😏 also I'm gonna sit on my porch or in my yard likes this and scare kids.... I'm starting to like being to old to trick or treat
