I was wondering why there wasn't any special end credits when I saw the one at 5:11 was an "End Credit version", and nothing changed when I got the Hollow Knight and Sealed Siblings ending. Then I reached Dream No More. DAYUM this was a pretty fucking great surprise

I have just finished hollow knight with this mod. The lyrics at the end of the credits surprised me. When it got to the message to TC I was crying. This is the best hollow knight mod i have ever seen, HOLY SHIT. So beautiful. Thank you so much. I need a hug now. goodbye

I'm usually not that in to orchestra type music, but THIS is definitely an exception. The lyrics caught me off guard, it's just really well written and put together. absolutely astounding work. I love how it sticks to the same style as the og, referencing some of their melodies while you added your own subtle twist to it, and also having it be an entirely original melody, plus it's really catchy! I would have very easily mistaken this as official ost from Hollow knight. jesus christ HK fans are scarily talented.

The trailer music starts with an extremely good rendition of a new theme that is just recognizable enough, and 1:21 is incredibly creative (xylophone?), immediately setting a different tone in the trailer. My fav though has to go with the extremely well done fading out in the title theme. Great work.

The instrument is called carillon, but it sounds similar to a xilophone, it has more richness in the tone. We wanted to make a chill part that could serve to display the simple things before building up to the battle phase ;)

This was beautiful!! Every time the main motif from the trailer kicked in it felt so powerful and exciting, easy to get swept up in... I thought Voices of the Kingdom in particular was so haunting in its use of that... All of these tracks were stellar, though and you bet I was excited whenever I recognised a snippet of the game's original music slipped in there as well. And Farewell ~ Requiem for A Knight was so good too! I suppose any track named Farewell by you will be really good :)

This soundtrack is something! Even though I heard it for the first time a couple of months ago, I still get goosebumps! The vocals are incredible, and I think that's exactly what was missing in the original. While the music deviates a bit from the original atmosphere, in my opinion, it's only a plus-a sound like a happy ending after this melancholic story. This soundtrack is magnificent and still resonates with my soul. It even inspired me to start making my own music, even if it's just awful. Huge respect to the creator and the vocalists, and everyone involved in the project. Best of luck with your new creations! ^ ^

I can try something... I basically recoded or programmed the piano parts in midi, so i can make an export of those, but then they will probably have some problems with the way the notes are displayed on the sheet (I'm not good at reading music, being a guitarist I always go by ear or with tabs 😅)

I know I'm extremely late to the party, but were the structural similarities between Requiem for a Knight and the Elegy for Hallownest intentional? I find it really cool that you can sing the Elegy to the same tune!

I really like the Elegy and multiple times I thought about use it in music. In the end I had this idea of making a song that was similar in structure, a kind of mix between a balland, a poem and a nursery rhyme, where the lyrics have some kind of musicality and rhythm... so yeah, I guess it was semi-intentional ;)

I haven't watched a playthrough of vocalized yet, but heres my theme predictions: .themes for each dream warrior e.g. Gorb .themes for dream fights such as Soul Tyrant or Lost Kin .themes for bosses that didn't had one e.g. Traitor Lord and Soul Warrior .themes for re-fight bosses such as Hornet 2, enraged guardian and Absolute Radiance .a theme for collecting those orb things from whispering roots. .an unique theme for watcher knights .some pre-existing themes being revamped
