how can i get Dissonator Monolith kills damage?

Activate the Monolith early, then position yourself at the edge of the circle to avoid stealing kills that the Monolith would otherwise get.

At the start of the run, circle the area. If you don't find it on the first loop, restart the run, and the first light relay will be in a new spot.
