or you could just lose weight, wear a shoe with a wider toebox, and stretch the adductors

@@jimjamthebananaman1 not once you've screwed it up by abusing your feet through too much or too little activity with too much or too little support bearing too much or too unbalanced loading

@@innafox5853 then you're probly doing something wrong with your feet, overuse, underuse, wrong gait, wrong shoe, eyc. humans aren't born with bunions unless you have a genetic deformity. im a 275lb 150IQ 6'4" adonis of a man, and I don't have bunions.

@@rickdeckard1075 congratulations you are such a strong man for not having any bunions. FYI is a genetic component to some peoples bunions and it has nothing to do with their weight. Also certain athletes like runners are more prone to bunions.
