Yep, and still to this day soundtrack albums are released without all the musical/ambience audio that exists within the games and the tracks they include tend to be modified as well. I found the best way to deal with this is to buy the soundtrack to support the makers and then find a way to rip the audio and organize it yourself so you can enjoy it. This BenMarhsall youtuber did a great job organizing the tracks in the way in which they were heard in the campaign. After not playing for over 5+ years I found these videos and was amazed the memories that came to me compared to the normal soundtrack.
