Halo DMR Evolution 2010-2021 | Xbox Series X | 4K UHD 60 FPS

The evolution of all the DMR variants in Halo games from 2010 to 2021.
The Halo DMR arrived late in 2010 during the last Bungie game substituting the Battle Rifle, it's known for its accuracy in long-medium range. Can zoom with 1.5x and has a 14-15 shoots per mag. It's semi-automatic shooting once a time and more efficient in short bursts, the reticle starts spreading after a while.
In Halo Infinite there are three new variants: The Bandit which is identical to the first DMR but more efficient and without the sight, the Bandit Evo having it and the VK78 Commando that can be described as an Assault DMR due to its full automatic burst.

I like Reach's DMR the most. I like the tall front post and the way the scope looks. Halo 5's scope looks cool too, but I don't like how flat the gun is. The riser and the big front post made the gun look more distinct.

Oooh, I love that weapon. It may be single shot, but it's got quite the accuracy level. Halo Reach made a good decision to have that weapon.

So I got two things; just hear me out! 1 I like the video that was posted! 2 I always got the feeling that 343 was trying to phase out the DMR! in halo 4 they changed its look too much in campaign though they did up its power. in halo 5 they cut down its access and in infinite we got the Commando instead. yet I see why they did that in it. keep in mind this is all through the lense of campaign.

They did try to phase out the dmr while having 2 games out of 3 where the dmr was in alongside every other weapons from the start? If you ever played h4 or h5, the dmr was meta in every btb/big maps.

There are two versions of the H Infinite DMR (Bandit), one has the scope and the other doesn't. They lately added the one with the scope on the multiplayer but none of these two are playable in campaign :(

It would has remained separated, so i put it in the DMR video as when Halo Infinite was released the commando took the place of the DMR before the arrival of the Bandit

Idk what to comment, but i'll say. 343 fucked the DMR design in Halo 5 xd, like why they removed the bullets counter on the gun it doesn't make sense xd.

If you look closely, the bullet counter in Halo 4 is in the scope, not in the weapon itself, when you change the scope you are removing the bullet counter, Halo Reach still wins
