I read that when Spartan-II’s were physically enhanced at the onset of puberty, they came out of augmentation with a skeleton coated with titanium and muscles that contracted with enough force to pulverize a normal human skeleton. Newly enhanced Spartans were known to shatter objects by merely touching them firmly since they weren’t used to their newfound strength. And when they suited up in Mjolnir power armor, some were so strong they could lift Warthog jeeps and shatter concrete with their fists. So these Spartans should be able to lift at least 1,500 lbs overhead and curl at least 800. They might also be able to do 500 pull-ups in one set without ANY effort due to their insane physique.

the blue spartan that defended the red spartan reminded me of a guy that i knew in college, there was this guy that was in his late 20s that had no legs, four of my classmates, two guys and two girls would constatly make fun of him, several times to his face, worst part they would laugh when he would start to cry, one day the guy that i was friends with caught them in the act and confronted them, the man that lost his legs was former marines and lost his legs shielding a couple of others from a motar round. in the end the four of them got expelled for bullying and threats because they threatened the guy that snapped at them.

Realistically in the Halo universe the Spartan wouldn't have his armor on as he would be able to toss those weights across the room. The armor and augmentations would have made them strong enough to beat down almost anything. Well at least the Spartan lls
